Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "you", "your") and belanja4d ("belanja4d", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the platform accessible at https://belanja4d.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile applications. The Agreement governs your registration, access, deposits, betting activity, bonus participation and withdrawal requests on the belanja4d platform.

belanja4d operates as an online casino and sports betting service targeting adult players in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. The platform provides access to live casino games, slot titles, sports wagering markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions and UFC events) and related entertainment services. All activity takes place in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency equivalent is specified.

These terms apply from the moment you complete account registration or, where applicable, from the moment you first access any part of the belanja4d platform. By continuing to use belanja4d after any update to this Agreement, you confirm acceptance of the revised terms.

Definitions

For the purpose of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

• "Account" The personal member account opened by you on the belanja4d platform following successful registration.
• "Balance" The aggregate of deposited real-money funds, confirmed winnings and any applicable bonus credit held in your Account at a given time.
• "Bonus" Any promotional credit, free-bet allocation, cashback award or matched deposit offer credited to your Account under a specific belanja4d promotion.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process applied to accounts before withdrawal requests are processed.
• "Platform" The entirety of the belanja4d website, mobile-optimised interface, games library, sportsbook and related services operated under the belanja4d brand.
• "Wagering Requirement" The number of times by which a Bonus amount must be bet before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" Malaysian Ringgit — the primary currency of the belanja4d Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" Any country or territory in which access to, or use of, online gambling services is prohibited under applicable law.

Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the belanja4d Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling under the international licence under which belanja4d operates. By registering an Account, you expressly confirm that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must not register or use belanja4d if doing so would violate the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are physically located at the time of access. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is permitted in your jurisdiction before registering. belanja4d does not accept players from Restricted Jurisdictions and may close accounts where access from such jurisdictions is identified.

3.3 Personal Capacity

You must be acting on your own behalf, for personal recreational purposes, and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party. Registration on behalf of another individual is prohibited. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any court order restricting gambling activity.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold one (1) belanja4d Account. You may not register more than one Account under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device fingerprint, household address or IP address cluster. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, belanja4d reserves the right to consolidate, suspend or permanently close those Accounts and to void any outstanding Bonus or winnings associated with them.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Details

You must provide complete, accurate and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. belanja4d accepts no liability for service interruptions or missed notifications arising from inaccurate account information.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

belanja4d may request identity documents at any stage of the member relationship, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or where unusual account activity is detected. Requested documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restriction.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify belanja4d immediately via the support contact provided on the Platform. belanja4d is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your login details.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

belanja4d currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following channels, subject to availability and applicable processing limits:

• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Bank Transfers: DuitNow, FPX, direct transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong Bank
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), BNB
• Retail channels: 7-Eleven Cliqq (deposits only, subject to limits)

5.2 Currency

All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing mid-market rate at the time of confirmed transaction receipt. belanja4d does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or accounts that do not match the registered member's identity.

5.3 Minimum & Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the belanja4d cashier interface at the time of transaction. Limits are subject to change without prior notice. KYC verification may be required before withdrawals above specified thresholds are processed.

5.4 Processing Times

belanja4d aims to process approved withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Indicative timelines are as follows, subject to verification requirements and payment provider schedules:

• E-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes following approval
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically 5–15 minutes following approval
• Direct bank transfer: 15–60 minutes, subject to bank clearing schedules
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to blockchain confirmation times — typically 15–45 minutes

5.5 Prohibited Transactions

belanja4d prohibits deposits made with the intention of circumventing anti-money laundering obligations. Funds deposited and subsequently withdrawn without meaningful wagering activity may be reviewed and withheld pending investigation. belanja4d cooperates with relevant authorities in respect of suspicious financial activity.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by belanja4d are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to your Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page and may range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount. Incomplete wagering at the time of a withdrawal request will result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.

6.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide:

• Video slots: typically 100% contribution
• Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): typically 10–20% contribution
• Live dealer games: typically 10% contribution unless otherwise stated
• Certain excluded titles: 0% contribution

6.4 Maximum Bet Rule

While a Bonus is active on your Account, the maximum permissible single bet or stake is MYR 250 per round or selection unless a different limit is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a Bonus is active will void the Bonus and all associated winnings.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not fully wagered within the validity window stated on the individual promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited without compensation. Typical validity windows range from 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of credit.

6.6 Abuse & Fraud

belanja4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusive play, exploitation of software errors, placement of offsetting bets with minimal risk exposure ("bonus washing"), use of multiple accounts, or participation in promotions through automated means. Where abuse is identified, belanja4d reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings, suspend the Account and pursue recovery of any funds disbursed as a result of the abuse.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Wagers

belanja4d reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any wager at its discretion, including where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; market data is materially incorrect; technical errors affect market pricing; or where belanja4d reasonably believes the wager relates to irregular activity.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned where: an event is abandoned or postponed without completion; a live market is offered in error due to a data feed failure; or the belanja4d platform experiences a documented system outage affecting the integrity of the market at the time of placement. Void bet stakes are returned to the member's Account balance.

7.3 Game Malfunction

In the event of a casino game malfunction, all affected rounds are considered void regardless of apparent outcome. belanja4d follows the output of the certified game system log as the definitive record of any disputed round. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

7.4 Disputes

Any dispute relating to a game round, betting outcome or account transaction must be raised with belanja4d support within 30 calendar days of the relevant event. belanja4d will not investigate disputes raised outside this window. The decision of belanja4d's management team on any gaming dispute, made after a fair internal review, is final and binding.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 belanja4d's Rights

belanja4d may suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated any provision of this Agreement;
• Your Account activity suggests fraud, money laundering or identity misrepresentation;
• You have used automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• You are accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to belanja4d.

8.2 Member-Initiated Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting belanja4d support. Prior to closure, any outstanding Wagering Requirements must be satisfied or the related Bonus balance forfeited. Verified real-money balances above applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC checks.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. belanja4d will notify the registered email address of impending dormancy status and may apply a dormancy maintenance fee of up to MYR 50 per calendar month thereafter until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the member.

Intellectual Property

All content on the belanja4d Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, audio elements and the belanja4d brand name, is the property of belanja4d or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational use in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, scrape, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of belanja4d. Unauthorised use of belanja4d intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, belanja4d, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any nature, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive, arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, delay or error in the operation of the Platform;
• Gambling losses resulting from your wagering decisions;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure login credentials;
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or reversals.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by belanja4d's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

belanja4d is committed to promoting safer gambling practices among its members. Casino-style gaming is intended as a form of paid adult entertainment and must never be approached as a primary income source or a method of resolving financial difficulty. The belanja4d platform is open to adults aged 21 and above only.

11.1 Player Control Tools

Members may access the following tools at any time through their Account settings or by contacting belanja4d support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in MYR.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after defined play durations.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily restrict Account access for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account for responsible gambling reasons. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

Privacy & Data Protection

belanja4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy — including account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention and service communication.

belanja4d does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data is shared only with licensed payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required. Amendments to These Terms

belanja4d reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, belanja4d will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a notification on the Platform homepage or by email to the member's registered address. Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Where you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 8.2 above.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which belanja4d holds its international gaming licence. Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through belanja4d's internal dispute process.

For members located in Malaysia, belanja4d acknowledges the primacy of Malaysian consumer protection principles in so far as they are consistent with the governing law of this Agreement. Where any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The language of this Agreement is English. In the event of any translation being produced for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.
